Spike Jonze:

Spike Jonze (born Adam Speigel) is a director, producer and actor. He is famous for directing music videos such as 'Praise You' Fatboy Slim (1998), 'Flashing Lights' Kanye West (2008), 'Otis' Jay-z and Kanye West (2011) and 'Get Back Ludacris' (2004).

He had been nominated or won these awards in the past: The Golden Globeaward , MTV Movie award, and an Academy award.

Francis Lawerence:


Francis Lawerence is a music video and film Director. He had worked with famous singers such as Lady Gaga (Bad Romance), OK Go (Get over it) , The Black Eyed peas (Let's get it started), Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears (Im a slave 4 U), Beyonce, Green Day, Nine Inch Nails, Pink, Akon, Jay-z and Nicole Scherzinger (Baby Love) to name a few.

 He was recognised in 2003 for his work with Justin Timberlake on the music video 'Cry me a River'. Justin Timberlake won Best Pop and Best Male Video. Lawerence recived the Director of the Year Award in 2002 from the MVPA (The Music Video Production Association). He won a Grammy in 2002 for Shakira music video 'Suerte'.He became well known for his imaginative scripts and unique visual directing style.
